Teatr Brama, founded in Goleniow, Poland, in 1996, is today known in the world of independent theatre for creating a living cultural environment in Goleniow and the annual BRAMAT festival. In its cultural action, performance is an opportunity for encounters and creates space for dialogue with a diverse audience. Teatr Brama has a strong and open outlook on the world and therefore hosts foreign volunteers and participants of the European Union's Erasmus Plus programme every year in order to involve new generations in its work. Teatr Brama's commitment in the relationship with the local community is witnessed by a rich number of workshops and targeted audience involvement actions with different targets: elderly people, children, teenagers, disabled people, people suffering from addictions. In this year's edition, which took place from 31st August to 3rd September 2023, 3 young people under 35 and 3 tutors (Cie Madame Rebiné) attended the festival with CirkAround.

1. Linked to the social theme, Bramat has developed paths with Monar, a centre where young former drug addicts live. Thanks to Teatr Brama, CirkAround was able to offer the under35s the opportunity to hold a clowning workshop for the very young people housed at Monar. Thirty young people participated in the two morning workshop, with enthusiasm and a desire to do/learn.
2.  A new action provided the youngsters with an incredible experience. For the first time, the festival management organised a good-luck parade for the new school year, inviting the townspeople to follow an artistic itinerary in the town, but above all urging our youngsters to bring costumes and short performances to liven up the parade and become part of the Bramat spirit.
3. Another opportunity this year given by the festival to CirkAround was participation in the festival ‘off’ section. Young people were asked to bring from Italy a few minutes extract of one of their shows, to be shown to the Polish public and to the operators present at the event, in fact flanking the professional billboard.
